Skitt Group is a UK-based property development and land acquisition company with a focus on unlocking value through smart investment, planning, and design. We work across the full property lifecycle—from sourcing and acquiring land to developing high-potential sites and delivering quality outcomes for investors, partners, and communities.

We specialise in land with or without planning permission, underutilised property, and buy-to-let opportunities. Through our design-led approach and deep understanding of planning strategy, we’re able to identify and maximise development potential others might miss.
